1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • There are critical technical issues with the product that our team cannot resolve.
  • A cancellation request is submitted within the allowed timeframe (see Section 2).

Please note that refunds are not applicable for:

  • Products or services that were successfully delivered as per the agreed terms.
  • Custom or bespoke software development projects once work has commenced.
  • Subscription-based services after the billing period has started.
  • Situations caused by customer errors or misuse of our products/services.

2. Refund Request Timeframe

  • For software purchases: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • For subscription services: Refunds are only applicable if requested within 7 days of the initial payment.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at admin@nbmsoft.com with the following details:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  • A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting our team for resolution, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and terminate your account or access to our services.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom software development services.
  • Licensing fees for third-party integrations.
  • Training, installation, or setup services already rendered.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
