Investor Insight
For shareholders, the 15 kobo dividend provides steady income, reflecting management’s commitment to value creation even in a challenging market for print and publishing. The re-election and new appointments to the Board and Audit Committee ensure governance continuity. Investors may see the modest dividend as conservative, suggesting the company is balancing shareholder payouts with the need to preserve capital for operations and future growth.
