Cutix Plc has announced the outcome of its 168th Board of Directors meeting, held on Thursday, August 28, 2025.
At the meeting, the Board reviewed and approved the company’s First Quarter Unaudited Financial Statements (Q1 UFS) for the period ended July 31, 2025, subject to minor amendments.
Cutix confirmed that the Q1 results will be filed with the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) on or before August 30, 2025. In line with regulatory requirements, the company’s previously declared closed trading period remains in force until 24 hours after the results are released to the public.
