UPDC Real Estate Investment Trust (UPDC REIT) has released a corporate actions announcement for the period ended 30 June 2025, detailing its interim dividend declaration and other shareholder-related updates.
Dividend Declaration
The Board has approved a proposed interim dividend of ₦0.22 per unit, subject to appropriate withholding tax and regulatory approvals.
This dividend will be paid to all unitholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on 29 August 2025.
Proposed Bonus: NIL
Qualification Date: 29 August 2025
Closure of Register
The Register of Shareholders will be closed from 01 – 03 September 2025 to enable the processing of the interim dividend.
Payment Date
Dividend payments will be made on 4 September 2025.
Payments will be done electronically to unitholders who:
Have their names listed on the Register of Members as at 29 August 2025, and
Have completed their e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay dividends directly into their bank accounts.
E-Dividend Registration Advisory
Unitholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are encouraged to do so.

Downloading the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from the Registrar’s website: www.firstregistrarsnigeria.com

Completing the form and submitting it either to the Registrar or to their respective banks.
Unclaimed Dividends & Share Certificates
Unitholders with unclaimed dividend warrants or share certificates that remain unpresented or unvalidated are strongly advised to:
Complete the e-dividend registration, or
Contact the Registrar for necessary guidance and resolution.
Annual General Meeting
The announcement confirms that a Date of Annual General Meeting (AGM) is Not Applicable for this period.
