Learn Africa Plc has announced the payment of a final dividend of 35 kobo per ordinary share of 50 kobo each for the financial period ended 31st March 2025, subject to appropriate withholding tax and shareholder approval.

Dividend: Final dividend of 35 kobo per share
Qualification Date: Friday, 12th September 2025
Closure of Register: From Monday, 15th September 2025 to Friday, 19th September 2025 (both days inclusive)
Payment Date: Dividends will be paid electronically on Thursday, 25th September 2025 to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at 12th September 2025, provided they have completed e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay directly into their bank accounts.
E-Dividend Registration
Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from the Registrar’s website: www.firstregistrarsnigeria.com
